SmartSense is Easy to Use — Our Customers Describe Why

Ease of use is a critical component of employee adoption for any automated condition monitoring system. And SmartSense customers enjoy just how easy the solution is to implement and operationalize within their organizations. Hear from numerous customers as they describe the speed and ease with which their teams have adopted SmartSense.

[Bill Adochio] When Vail Health implemented the SmartSense system, the training and onboarding aspects of it were simple and easy to follow. We were able to get together with the teams, show them the front-end interface and engage with them on how they would respond to an alert and how they would escalate strategies as needed. We've been through other technologies, and we've seen challenges associated with connectivity. We've seen challenges associated with reliability. And we have not seen those challenges since our implementation of SmartSense.

[John Paul Thomas] We're opening a lot of new restaurants and training and hiring a lot of new team members, so the more processes we can automate, the more that we can turn digital, the easier that growth will be. So, training new team members and new managers in new markets is a lot easier with a tool like SmartSense.

[Rob Bennett] One of the best things about SmartSense is the ability to very quickly and easily review the data that's being collected by our theaters. We have area directors, our Vice President of operations, auditing—any of these folks have access to the system and are able to very quickly follow up, coach the theater, and it's just it's an incredibly user-friendly dashboard anybody can go to.

[Ben Nash] Our customers require us to have calibrations done on our equipment every year. There's a lot of companies that we looked into—calibrations, they were wanting to do every two years. SmartSense was able to allow us to do calibrations every year on all of our equipment. It's just a simple twist of the probe, taking it off the sensor, and the newly calibrated probe is put directly onto the sensor.

[Dagmara Gujda] Well, nowadays everyone uses a cell phone, has a smartphone. The shields are very similar. We don't have to program the Smart Shield. The employees are directly downloaded into the Smart Shield. The menus are directly downloaded into the Smart Shield. And it's really easy for us to use.

[Benjamin Pitts] I can go in and I can look at the freezer and go back the last six months plus and see how many times it went out and deviated out of temperature. It's all on one screen, all on one dashboard.

[Davey Cuenco] SmartSense made our lives way easy. I mean, having the information at the right time, we're able to make decisions, snap your fingers and check the stores. Imagine you have to go to the store physically to check what's happening. And like this time, you know, it's notification, it's there, it's easy.

[Steve Sparks] It's one click. One click. I can see it. I can show it. I can show it to regulators. I can prove that I'm within range. Someone questions it, I have the data at my disposal.

[Bill Adochio] Given the previous experiences Vail Health has had with other IoT solutions, we wish we would have gone to SmartSense a long time ago.
